2010-2011 Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students Grades K - 12
These charts summarizes the vaccine requirements incorporated in Title 25 Health Services, Sections 97.61-97.72 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).
Remember - 'Except as provided by the TEC, ยง38.001 (c), a student who is not fully immunized and has not begun the required immunization may not attend school.' If the student has begun the required immunizations and continues to receive the necessary immunizations as rapidly as medically feasible, the student is a military dependent, a homeless student, or any student transferring from another Texas school district, the student maybe provisionally enrolled.
