2008 - 2009 Junction Eagles!
I
hope you have enjoyed your summer thus far and have been preparing
yourself physically
for all your activities. Whether you have participated in
athletics in the past or not,
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join the
Junction Eagle Athletic Department.
It
is required that all athletes have a physical examination prior to
participation in any athletics, band or cheerleading
activity.
The
Junction Medical Clinic will be conducting physicals in the new
gym, from 8am –12:00 pm on Saturday July 26th
for high school and middle school students (grades
7—12).
There
is no cost for the physicals if you take advantage of the July 26th
date. You will be
charged if you have your physical done at any other time and that
cost is your responsibility.
A
physical form will be sent to all JISD athletes. This form,
including the medical history, must be
filled out and signed
before a physical can be completed.

The
first day of high school football practice will be on Monday,
August 4th at 6:30 AM. All high
school football players, grades 9 - 12 needs to meet Coach Spivey
in the boy's locker room at
6:30AM on August 4th.
The first
day of high school volleyball practice will be Monday, August 4th
at 1:00 PM.
The
first day of high school cross country practice will be on Monday,
August 4th at 6:00
PM.
Middle
school football, volleyball and cross country practices will begin
after the first day of classes.
